Starting in 1998, founder Philip Dibble built the company into a fleet of many trucks operating shipping routes stretching over 36 states.

Philip has been driving professionally since 1998 and has over 18 years in business management experience. He founded A&P Trucking in 2017 with his Fiance and partner April Galliher. They noticed a need for a company with a different perspective; to treat customers and their team members as part of the family and offer them more than they’ve received working for other companies.

April has worked hard helping manage the financial side of A&P trucking and offered many solutions to expand its growth. She cares about the wellbeing of not only the company but also the members that make it up. April oversees driver payroll and company financial growth, working hard to expand new lanes and customers.
